• Don’t dispose any food trash on property, we have designated trash bins for proper waste disposal.

• For any damage caused by the Guest to the property, Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the properyy. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents. Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost.

• Smoking is not allowed inside any rooms we have seperate outside premises for that.​

• Property shall not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage of personal belongings also in case of any physical injury or accidents happens to guest.

• Every adult on the property is responsible for themselves. Children & Pets on the property, are the responsibility of the accompanying adult & owner. Property does not take any liability for the children & Pets.

• Pets should be well trained owner must take care they won't cause any damage on property. 

• Power Supply Notice : Please note that the property is not responsible for any scheduled or unscheduled power outages caused by the local electricity provider. However, for your convenience, we have an inverter backup that provides up to 16 hours of power for essential amenities, including: Fans, Lights, Wi-Fi & Charging points. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• Guests must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activities (smoking, vaping, drugs) will be reported to the authorities.

• Food and beverage are allowed in designated areas only

• The food menus are pre-decided one day prior to booking date as per the availability of the local produce. No changes in the menu after check-in will be entertained.

• The kitchen has functioning timings. Meals are provided as per the timings. Kitchen will be closed by 11pm.

Swimming Pool policy

• Rain dance is only active for 20 minutes 4 times a days.

• Guests must follow all pool rules and regulations, including those related to cleanliness, safety & hygiene

• Proper swimwear is required at all time.

• Do not throw anything in pool.

• Children under the age of 15 yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• No glass containers or breakable object allowed in the pool area.

• No smoking, drinking, vaping or eating allowed inside the pool area.
